The FTSE 100 company, Informa, have big growth plans. To power this growth, their technology teams needed to come together behind a vision to deliver service excellence at every touchpoint.
By cultivating a focused and collaborative environment, we brought together their teams to co-create their future Service Excellence programme. The team developed a shared vision by understanding their starting point, current position, and desired outcome.
In a condensed four-hour workshop, the teams built their project plan plus identified quick wins, which could be announced immediately to gain momentum and buy-in from the wider organisation.
The challenge at hand was multifaceted: achieving an ambitious double-digit growth required not onlyexpanding business from existing clients but also securing traction from new ones.
To tackle this challenge head-on, we orchestrated a series of five workshops, each focused on distinct market areas. These workshops aimed at cultivating a consultative selling approach, centred on solving clients’ business problems.
The outcome of these workshops was substantial, resulting in the identification of 29 potential and substantial growth opportunities. From this pool, 13 were meticulously selected for further refinement and presented to clients for active pursuit. This initiative not only broadened the organisation’s offerings, but, quickly built it’s in year sales pipeline
