The Challenge

Monks, a global marketing and technology company, needed to align its teams behind a unified vision to navigate its next phase of growth. Rapid expansion had resulted in fragmented priorities, competing objectives, and a lack of clarity on what success looked like for the organisation. Leaders sought to identify a clear North Star to unify their efforts, inspire collaboration, and ensure focus on delivering long-term value for clients and teams.

What Did We Do?

We facilitated a focused North Star workshop to align leadership around a shared vision for the future. Participants reflected on their current state and collaboratively defined what success would look like for the organisation in the years ahead. Through guided exercises, we co-created a North Star framework that encapsulated the company’s purpose, ambition, and strategic priorities.

From this framework, the group identified three strategic pillars to guide their focus areas and decisions: Culture, Go-To-Market, and People. Clear ownership was assigned to each pillar, with actionable next steps to ensure progress. The workshop encouraged candid conversations, inspiring the group to think beyond current challenges and create a bold, unified vision.
