The Challenge

At the beginning of the year, organisational leaders and individual entrepreneurs sought a way to build momentum and focus for their personal and professional goals. Many faced challenges in translating aspirations into actionable plans, overcoming obstacles, and maintaining accountability.

The need was clear: a structured approach to create clarity, prioritise goals, and achieve measurable outcomes within 100 days.

What Did We Do?

We delivered a two-session Accelerator designed to inspire action and build momentum.

In the first session, participants reflected on past lessons, clarified their vision, and co-created action plans using tools like “Motivate the Elephant & Shape the Path” and “History of the Future.” Between sessions, they refined their goals and completed practical exercises, including creating a personalised “Hustle Map” and defining their “You of the Future.”

The second session focused on enhancing ideas, removing barriers, and making clear commitments. Participants visualised their journey through creative exercises like the “Life as a Bus” activity and crafted concise commitment statements to sustain focus and accountability.
